Our only dependency on setting up a Virtual Office is you! We can finalise the set-up as soon as you return all the required paperwork (signed agreement, initial payment, photo ID). Please note that telephone lines can require up to one business day to activate.
Yes, choose from our locally answered low or high-volume telephone answering packages. You can also choose to have a 1300 number for your business. The setup fee is a once off cost of $90 + GST with an on-going fee of $50 + GST a month on top of your Virtual Office service. If you have an existing business number, you can organise for this to be diverted to your APSO provided number. See the package details sections for more information.

Yes, you can. Once your ASIC registration has been approved, we can finalise the Virtual Office set up.
Of course! If you would like to change the address which your business trades at, you can select one of our alternative APSO locations at any time during your contract. You can also upgrade your package during your existing agreement. Reach out to the on-site team for further information.
Absolutely. We highly encourage you to come and take a tour with one of our friendly, on-site team members before committing to an agreement. Please liaise with the Virtual Office Business Manager to coordinate this tour.
